Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to bringing you great value and service. To keep our prices competitive, our products are sourced globally and shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Estimated Delivery: Due to our direct-from-supplier shipping model, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery to the UK.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, holidays, or customs processing

2. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

3. Customs and Import Taxes As items are shipped directly from global warehouses, your package might occasionally be subject to import duties or VAT depending on the order value. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or local taxes applied by UK authorities.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! In compliance with UK Consumer Protection laws (Consumer Contracts Regulations), we offer a straightforward return policy.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period) By UK law, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your items. You do not need to provide a reason, though we always appreciate your feedback!

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, underwear, earrings, and personalized/perishable goods cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address printed on the package. To start a return, contact our support team at supportdoggystardust@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the correct UK return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Standard Return: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
